All foreign visitors entering Argentina must present valid passports or other internationally recognised travel documents. It is recommended that delegates find out, from the nearest Argentine embassy or consulate in their own country, the requirements for visas and customs regulations.

If the Argentinean Embassy or Consulate requires a letter of invitation from the Congress Organisers, in order to provide a visa, this can only be sent to the delegate, provided he/she has registered for the Congress.
